Q) What is the cost to assemble your reception counters?

A) All of our counters are shipped fully assembled so all you need to do is to move it into place and start to use it.

Q) Why can you not quote freight via the website. 

A) Due to the fact that our counters are shipped fully assembled and Australia is such a big place we need to quote on regional deliveries. Generally we endeavour to get delivery quotes back within 2 hours during business hours and next business day outside business hours.

Q) Why are your counters sold assembled?

A) We don't believe in Flat-packed furniture as there are too many compromises in design and generally flat packed commercial furniture needs to be professionally assembled which can be expensive and difficult.

Q) How are your counters packed and shipped?

A) All counters are shipped on a wheeled wooden skid. The counter is triple wrapped in Heavy duty Bubble Wrap, Thick Cardboard and Heavy Duty Cling Film and all critical edges have heavy duty cardboard corner protectors.

Q) I urgently need a counter. What are my options?

Q) Why do you not keep stock of all your counters?

A) We have 100's of different counters for sale and use the latest technology to allow us to quickly make to order saving us from keeping large inventories allowing us to innovate quickly.

Q) Do you make custom counters?

A) We sure do! Our recommendation is to try and base your customisations around an existing model. Q) Do you have a showroom?

A) We are a purely internet based business to keep costs low and do not have a showroom.
